|Best at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy Graduation Show to me was a Playground project in Casablanca by the designLAB, a collective exploring the relevance of design. For Casamemoire, a new playground on a square of the former slaughterhouse, the team was inspired by Aldo van Eyck’s ideas on children and play (he designed 840 (!) playgrounds) combined with reproduction and the use of local materials and techniques.
