Here is another version that can be built within 2 to 6 weeks. The buildings as well as the terraces are constructed with low-impact CLT panels. Cross Laminated Timber keeps interior temperatures with just one-third of the normally required heating. It also absorbs indoor moisture and releases it when the humidity drops. Wood decks connect the living space with the bedrooms and sliding wooden shutters provide natural light and shade.
