Lentils & orange peel & oregano

lentils|Not art, just food for the belly (a fantastic autumn soup, really easy to prepare). 3 hours before dinner: soak 500 grams of orange lentils in 2 liters of water. Add, after 2 hours, 1/10 of a liter of olive oil, 3 bouillon tablets, 1 can with peeled tomatoes (chopped), 3 gloves of garlic, a bunch of fresh oregano leaves, 1 bay leave, and the peel of an orange. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Remove the gloves, pieces of peel and bay leaf. Before serving add some fresh peeled and chopped tomatoes. Enjoy! Recipe from my mom
